FRESH/ANIMALS (Key Ideas)

So my two key ideas was chosen randomly in class and those two key ideas was fresh and animals.
Im not quite sure how im going to experiment on this because it feels tricky having to experiment on animals as well as fresh put together.


Today i had a talk with rebecca and we talked about ideas for my experimentation and came across some great ideas that i never thought of. We talked about the idea of getting some new like a new black shirt and getting cat fur on it by playing with it and then i began thinking more on from that one idea and i thought of getting a fresh new shirt and laying it out as a door mat for the cats to walk into the house with.


Research (Animals)

Now i have done some research on animals and here are some images on the animals ive looked at.

Despite all the different types of animals and the different types of animals i could use for this experiment, unfortunately im going to work with just normal household cats because i dont have the time to go to the zoo which was another one of the ideas that popped up in my one to one talk with rebecca and i thought that it was a good idea, actually it was a brilliant idea! i mean, what a great way to go and witness the different types of animals and to take pictures of them as well, but i doubt the zoo keepers would want to take a brand new shirt of mine and give it to a lion or something to play with and give it back? even though that would be the best thing ever! and even better when i take the shirt back and know that a wild animal did that to my shirt! it wouldve been perfect for my experiment! but oh well, one day im definitely going to try that even if its not for an experiment.

My girlfriend has two cats at her house and theyre black so maybe i could buy a new black or white shirt or whatever shirt that could help identify the fur from the cats or their paws when they walk onto it as well.


Research (Fresh) 

 
 Experiments:

So i tried the fresh t shirt idea where i get a t shirt thats clean and give it to a cat and let it destroy it with scratches haha.

Whats working?

• I think what worked was the rips and fur the cat has done to the t shirt, it really defines my two key ideas in one thing, fresh and animals.

Whats not working?

• Whats not working is that even though i got that experiment done, i just dont know what else i could do from there for a next experiment.

What next? 

• Thats the thing, i have no idea what is next so im just trying to brainstorm some different experiment techniques for my two key ideas that i could do.
